Daniel Chun is chairman of the Research and Blueprint Committee and board member at Smart City Consortium. In 2016, he led a public consultation, written and delivered an interim advisory report to advise the Hong Kong government in smart city blueprint development.
Incorporating data and information provided by ordinary people into the city’s networks could save money and hasten the achievement of the government’s smart city goals.
